Before you proceed:
- Ensure you have returned any active scooter rentals.
- Pay any outstanding balances on your account.
- Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to Request Deletion
To initiate the deletion process, please email our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please send the email from the address associated with your account.
