My scooter has a red triangle error and a number on the screen
Error Codes
03- This code is a common code, due to the scooter being turned on while the scooter is moving, leave the scooter for a few moments, and the error will go away and you can ride normally.
11 or 48- Scooter needs to be connect to the Moon app for its monthly reactivation. If you are caught up on your payment and you connect your app, and the error still occurs, contact the Moon team.
42- Throttle is damaged, contact Moon customer service.
46- Brake handle internal wire is damaged or severed.
My brake feels loose.
My scooter speed is fluctuating
This can be signs of a wiring issue, please contact the Moon team and explain the issue.
My scooter won’t turn on.
Scooter needs to be charged.
Scooter needs to be connect to the Moon app for its monthly reactivation. If you are caught up on your payment and you connect your app, and the error still occurs, contact the Moon team.

My speed mode on the scooter is switching on its own.
This is due to a damaged display wiring. Please contact the Moon team so you can swap your scooter and we can repair the scooter.
My is turning off while riding
If the scooter shuts off and doesn’t turn back on, this can be due to a faulty controller. If you plug the scooter into charge, the scooter will turn back on. Contact the Moon team to swap your scooter out.
If the scooter turns off and turns back on, this can be due to the scooter display wiring being damaged. Contact the Moon team.
